I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid over ৳45,000 for a custom-made wedding suit and shirt, expecting premium quality for one of the most important days of my life. Unfortunately, the quality was far below my expectations. The stitching was poor, and both the shirt and the suit looked poorly finished. The shirt looked uneven and did not have the appearance of a premium custom-made garment. It looked rushed rather than professionally tailored. To make matters worse, a shirt button came off on my wedding day, which was embarrassing and completely unacceptable for an outfit made for such an important occasion. The staff apologized and offered to make me another shirt for free, which I appreciate. However, a replacement cannot undo what happened on my wedding day. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and the disappointment cannot be replaced with another shirt. I chose this tailor because of their reputation and expected high-quality craftsmanship. Sadly, the final product did not justify the price I paid. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them for an important event like a wedding. I hope they improve their quality control, stitching, and finishing standards so other customers do not go through the same experience.
