Fakir Fashion Ltd. is one of the most organized and well-maintained garments manufacturing facilities I’ve seen in Bangladesh. Located in Narayanganj, the factory area is spacious, clean, and professionally managed. As a visitor, I was impressed by the discipline of the workers and the attention given to safety and hygiene standards. The facility has a vertically integrated production line—from knitting to packaging—which ensures high efficiency and quality control. Staff behavior was polite and cooperative, and security at the gate was tight yet respectful. The company seems to focus strongly on sustainability, with visible signs of green initiatives and waste management practices. However, the surrounding road infrastructure could be improved, especially for logistics and regular staff commutes. Also, it can be a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors without proper directions or GPS assistance. Overall, Fakir Fashion Ltd. gives off a professional and forward-thinking vibe. This is one of the largest RMG factory in Bangladesh, near about 20k people works here. Very good atmosphere.
