The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. they exploited the people, who come here. There is no service here at all. they just post some picture, but no reality between the picture and reality. People should not come here at all. I like to give negative points for this hotel.

I will never stay again! Traveled with family with two young kids in December 2024. The hotel is poorly maintained, has very Savvy (worst) Toilet. AC broken, NO breakfast, even restaurant was closed. They took Tk. 7,000/- for my room which had only couple bed and a sofa. No television, no hanger, no shower (used hand shower). Only positive side, walking distance to north beach. Stay at your own risk! I will never go there.

Stayed here for two nights , the hotel is so clean, gorgeous decor, Room sizes are also very big. Room Service is amazing. Food is also very delicious. It’s a treat to stay there, I’ll be back many times. The most luxurious hotel in Saint Martin. , right by the beach, the beach view is spectacular 👌🏼 It is my favorite, highly recommend !

This hotel is a big scam for people as it looks kinda glamorous from the outside but its literally a mess inside. We wanted a deluxe room and they gave us a room where you couldnt even breathe. Later we had to fight to get a room. TV doesnt work, no Wi Fi, room is dirty and the washroom looked like it hasnt been cleaned for over a decade. The location was really good but the staff behavior was not professional. Compared to the quality, the room prize was WAY lotta high. Food price was very high as well.

Was really disappointed with their service. I would say they are not professional at all. We stayed there for 5 nights and had requested them every single day for cleaning but no one even bothers to do so. Don't ask me about the food it's horrible. Undoubtedly, the hotel decoration and rooms are beautiful but they need to work on service a lot a lot. So, please if you are that kind of person who can tolerate the beauty of the hotel beyond the service.!!!..good luck.
