I gave my IELTS CD here on 28th June. Everything about this facility was professional! The equipment and the rooms where all well furnished and good. The officers were also kind and professional with every question I had. Moreover I got my results in 24 hours! Thanks a lot. I recommend this place to everyone looking to give their IELTS CD

My experience with them was just a nightmare. I do not know why an organization like British Council continuing partnership with them. May be for territorial reasons, as most Bangladeshies are in charge of vibrant responsibilities. Yesterday, 01/06/2024 I registered my IELTS exam for 20/07/2024. They proffered me either paying tk.22,500 total fee including 3 mock tests or tk.20,500 with tk.2,000 discount with inclusion of 1 mock test. I preferred 1 mock as this venue situated so far away from my home and also I have a kid. 1 hour later I received e-mail from British council to complete my payment to finalize my registration within 24 hours or they will release my booked seat on that test date. I was astonished. I rushed to them again; though found them relaxingly uttering they will soon pay. However, in that very evening, my account was still showing that the pending payment was running out of time. I contacted them but that person (the card they provided was holding the name NAWAB) rudely told me that this issue is not a matter of my headache. Even he said if the test registration is expired they will fix it in near future. I apparently replied Okey. Again, I failed to access the "IELTS READY PRIMIUM". So, when I called him back he emerged his belied words. Such as, they informed me about- late payment, the discount holds their right to pay my registration fee just before 1 week of the test day, providing my late access on GEL IELTS prep etc. Yet, they never ever mentioned any of his fabricated statements. In a jiffy, I complained the whole situation to British Council through e-mail. Also, consult them in the next morning over phone. My gratitude regarding their pronto action. FutureED approached me within an hour yet I replied, I will converse them in their office. There they aimed to convince me to pay 2000 more as total fee. But my only reply was either my registration will be updated or they will reimburse my cash. A senior female employee tried to trick me with some lame excuse about their policy and attempted to acquire my money receipt. When I denied, she began her shouting with filthy attitude and keep shouting that who I am to think myself as a VIP............they won't pay me back and I can bring police. I kept clam at her aggressiveness and told her if she show me their policy excuse then I also have to seek my excuse at the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection law. This stopped their boorish behavior; simultaneously they agreed to compensate. I received my refund in one hand and handed over the money receipt on other. Finally, By the grace of Allah, I rescued from such terrible circumstance. Besides thanks to British Council for their rapid action.

I took my computer-based IELTS and mock tests at this center. I traveled there from Jahangirnagar University, a journey that took more than 3.5 hours due to traffic jams. I would not recommend this center to students from JU who need to commute from there. During my visit, the person who booked my mock test forgot to register my name. Additionally, there is an individual named Nawab who appears to be in charge of mock tests. Despite it not being my fault, he did not allow me to take the mock test on the scheduled day. As a result, I had to return on another date to complete the mock test. Furthermore, I found their mock tests to be non-standard and excessively challenging compared to the actual test. Despite achieving an overall score of 8 in IELTS, I only scored 5.5 in their mock test, even though it was conducted just one week before the actual exam. Additionally, they rushed through my speaking test in just 4-5 minutes, while some others had theirs extended to 20-25 minutes. I later discovered that this discrimination was due to the differentiation between free and paid mock tests. This raises the question of why offer free tests if they are not representative of the actual exam?

Worst management ever! They didn't even provide any kinda notification through text messages before scheduled exam neither they employ sufficient amount of stuffs to handle a load of candidates. Absolutely disgusting during their delivery policy as well as candidate needs to collect their TRF hardcopy in person from the center! Like seriously??!! They even don't provide delivery options to the candidates billing address.
