Avoid registering through FutureED Banani if you can. I'm taking IELTS again now, and the experience has been a nightmare. They took my money but never informed me when the portal opened. I had to follow up multiple times before they even remembered that I had already paid. I was also charged extra due to their own mismanagement. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout. For an exam this important, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Be careful. Keep records of every payment and communication. Your money and peace of mind deserve better.

Absolute garbage. Stay away. They frequently change the mock test dates without any prior notification. We have real exam on 10th and had only one mock test before the exam and they cancelled it without prior notifocation. Absolutely unprofessional. Stay away if you want to save your money.

Worst experience at the Dhanmondi branch ❌ The environment was unpleasant and the staff behavior shockingly rude. One person, who seemed to be in charge, acted in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful way. it’s really disappointing. Beware before trusting them!
