If you want to keep your money and travel in safe hands, don't go to this cheat and fraud company, they are continuously making dodgy reasons after deceiving people. They provided me the worst service ever. I have lost around 35000 BDT by using this company and their website, while tried to solve the issue through communicating officially, found that they actually care a damn for their customer. Rather they don't mind falsifying information without caring that other travel agencies are also available to clients, threats people and blame the client, show disrespect. They clearly have transparency issues. Based on my experience with them, I am sure all the positive reviews given for this company are fake, or given by their own staff (a.i., by creating fake accounts). No customer would recommend them, if it were a country with better law and order, by now their business would have been sealed by vast amount of people they cheated.

Very very unprofessional regarding ticket service. Uses unprofessional approach and charges money to secure seat number for purchased ticket which is free of charge! Worst travel agent ever in Bangladesh.
