I am extremely frustrated with GoZayaan's service. My Qatar Airways flight was cancelled, yet GoZayaan has failed to process my refund. It has been a long time, and I am still waiting for my money. Their customer support is unresponsive and provides no clear timeline or assistance. It is highly unprofessional to hold a customer's money after a flight cancellation. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking through GoZayaan if you value your money and peace of mind. I want my refund immediately!
