5 star review for a 4 star hotel. Honest opinion, should be a 5 star hotel. My stay here was amazing. Amazing staff, amazing rooms and best part yet the bed and shower pressure! Initially i was planning another hotel for another part of my trip in Dhaka but instead i decided to stay here and take the ride over to where i needed to go.

Horrible, do not go there, terrible service do not get tricked by the nice lobby my family came here at 11pm and booked 4 rooms in advance hopping to get a night rest before our flight tomorrow, they did not have our rooms when we asked for 4 they tried to give us three which was not ideal as there was many of us. They kept telling us to wait 5 mins repeatedly but we waited for 2 hours and then when we saw the rooms they were disgusting, we had to leave. Do not go here they will waste your time too busy eating their rice and curry. Horrible.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean and hotel well maintained. The service is pleasant. I would recommend staying at the hotel and it's very convenient to get to and from the airport.

Horrible service. We arrived at 5 pm. Had booked two rooms there. They only gave us one room and kept saying, five More minutes. Got our second room two whole hours later. Then we realized the hot water doesn’t work. Had to use freezing water in the cold of January. Called up reception multiple times, no attempt at fixing it. At night, we realized that the AC didn’t work, neither was there any window or ventilation, suffocated the whole night. Despite multiple complains, they Didn't change or fix the issue. Next night the atmosphere got so unbearable that we exchanged rooms with our kids because their window opened to let air in. Hotel stuff saw us going through this but Didn't offer help. All throughout this, we kept requesting to serve our breakfast in the restaurant because the way they were serving food in one plate in the room was problematic, I have severe dietary restrictions but they Didn't care. Even after multiple requests, they served me foods that i am allergic too. Then the next day, we attempted to eat lunch outside because they Don't Have a functioning restaurant, only to realize their electricity was out- no generator. Since i couldn’t take the stairs Down nine floors, I had to skip lunch after skipping breakfast. Soon i checked Out before our planned time. They Didn't apologise, nor did they compensate us for halving to move to another hotel despite having an international flight the next day

Emerald Dhaka One of best Hotel in Uttara Dhaka. Amazing service all staff are so professional and polite.i stay there for 2weeks and Experience was great. Truly 4-stars stay. Interior of the room was awesome as far same like RAMADA…truly amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
