Very bad and unprofessional service. They don't have any trained staff to actually host guests for hospitality. No sense of service at all. No commodities with the rooms and unclean environment everywhere. The service and experience is not justified by the price they are charging for the resort. I would recommend steering away from this place, and choose some better resort for the price.

The locations is absolutely lovely, being only 30 minutes drive from the city. The staff were friendly as well and quite accommodating. The biggest issue that we had was the fact that there are quite a lot of power outages, and since they do not have a generator, it's long hours without any electricity.

1. Small area, it's just the swimming pool, nothing else to do. 2. Bad food service, they bring food from outside from local hotels but will charge you 3x. 3. The night stay cost is too much high considering the factors like space & food.
