A special thanks to Mr. Rifat, F&B Supervisor, for his outstanding support and professionalism. He was very attentive, polite, and ensured everything was perfectly arranged. His dedication to guest satisfaction really made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a comfortable environment.

I had an excellent experience when this hotel first newly opened. In October 2023, I booked an executive room for two nights with my family. The location was very convenient as it was close to the airport, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Because of that positive experience, I booked the same room again through Booking.com in January 2026 for one night, expecting the same or even better service and room conditions. I paid 12,000 Taka for the stay, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. Upon arrival, the hotel had a bad smell, dirty carpet in entrance including lift. The bed was dirty with a broken mattress, filthy bedcovers, and pillows. The welcome was uninviting, with no refreshing amenities provided. The bathroom was mouldy, the furniture was very dirty, and the room felt unsafe for sleeping due to many mosquitoes. I had to call the hotel staff at 1:00 a.m. to spray the room. After a long flight, this was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience, completely unlike my first

This hotel is only few kilometers from airport. The hotel arranged for pickup and drop off from and to the airport which was very helpful. The staff are friendly and courteous and always there to help. Restaurant provided excellent room service.
