গ্রিন লাইন বাসের সেবা ভালো বলেই জানতাম। কিন্তু ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বাস নিয়ে যাত্রী পরিবহন করা সত্যিই হতাশাজনক। পুরো যাত্রাপথে দুইবার বাস থামিয়ে রাখা হয়। একবার তো ইঞ্জিনে পানি পর্যন্ত দিতে হয়েছে! এত বেশি ভাড়া নেওয়ার পর এমন নিম্নমানের সেবা কোনোভাবেই গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। পাশাপাশি, তাদের স্টাফদের যাত্রীদের সঙ্গে আচরণেও আরও পেশাদার ও আন্তরিক হওয়া দরকার। আশা করি কর্তৃপক্ষ বিষয়গুলো গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে বিবেচনা করে দ্রুত প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নেবে

I'm trying to purchase two tickets from Satkhira to Dhaka on 30th May. But for some reason I am encountering an error. Please solve this and inform me so I can purchase them before anyone else books all of them.

The bus service is good — it’s luxurious, the staff are well-behaved, and the drivers maintain a safe speed without crossing limits. and the bus interior is not clean they should clean it always and one thing really disgusted me. A passenger sitting in front of me opened their blanket and discovered it had dried vomit stuck to it. This is unacceptable — all blankets provided to passengers should be properly washed and cleaned before reuse. Also, the bus should always carry at least two air freshener sprays. During my journey, there was a bad smell because someone had vomited. The staff sprayed some freshener, but after just 3-4 sprays, it ran out. Proper hygiene and cleanliness are important.

Wh at a bad experience with green line. 1500 takafor this type of old sit. They only provide a bottle of water. No good sit no good customer service. Bust was already late from departure time. Which was 5 hours late. It took 17 hours from Dhaka to Sylhet due to heave traffic jam on the way.

It was a very pleasant experience riding with Greenline. I purchased Dhaka to Sylhet AC Ticket. They departure on time. Also provided water & blanket. Ofcourse they give prayer break as well.

Good bus as always. The double-decker was nice, but the journey took too long. One issue was that the bus staff rarely came to the upper deck to check on passengers or ask if they needed anything. Also, they stopped at a very poor restaurant on Cumilla Road — the food, service, and cleanliness were all terrible.
