I had an amazing time! My company took me and over 450 colleagues to this fantastic destination. We had an absolute blast, and I can't wait to go back someday, but next time, I'll have my family with me for an even more memorable experience.

The outside of the resort is so beautiful but rooms are not comfortable actually.Room no 111, toilet flash was not working, basin water tap was damage, hot water was not available, there was no mosquito net, blanket was dirty, room had no ventilation, ac was totaly broken!!! Food service is 6 on 10.

Good Sides: 1. View of this hotel is Marvelous. 2. Large area. Playground, waiting room, restaurant, conference room etc are enough large. 3. Enough facilities for outdoor games. 4. Large swimming pool. 5. Food quality is up to the mark. Bad Sides: 1. Room service is very poor. Ac doesn’t work properly. You'll not get any service from reception easily. Even there is no way to communicate with them from room; because, there is no telephone in the room. Wifi signal is very poor. 2. Hotel isn't clean. Old and dammed room. Bedsheets, pillows all are dirty. Washroom is also dirty and bad smells exists everywhere in the room. Many places are dangerously slippery and not clean; specially poolside area. 3. For cottage, there is lack of security/privacy. 4. Price is higer compared to overall services. 5. Hotel is not so far from main road, but the roads are broken. It becomes more bad during rain.
