Absolutely disgraceful experience. This company is either staffed by complete incompetents or deliberately playing dirty games to deny legitimate claims. They kept demanding irrelevant documents — including prescribed medication for a dental filling, which any half-educated person would know doesn’t exist. Clearly, their so-called reviewers are either medically illiterate or just trained to delay and reject claims by any means necessary. I reached out multiple times, even told them to directly contact my doctor for clarification — no response, no resolution. Either they’re too stupid to handle basic insurance work, or they’re willfully scamming patients. Pathetic and unethical.

If you are not good at reading fine prints then this is not recommended at all. They have completely nonsense clauses that will be used to decline your claim. For example I gave them a diagnostic test claim with proper receipt, medical report, doctor’s recommendation for the test and doctor’s visit on that report. While registering for the test the amount was due and I paid the full amount while collecting report. The diagnosis center gave a paid seal and provided me the report. However, as there were written due in the receipt and somewhere in their fine print, it is written that paid seal is not allowed, they declined the whole claim.
