Last day i visited at the Hansa hotel for dinner and experience was exceptional from the moment if my arrived i were warmly welcomed and made to feel like home. Very organised every outlets and front areas, staff are very friendly, delicious food , service they are provided to me it was super service I can say. Mr.azhar ensure that everything was perfect and his dedication customers service was evident thought-out my visit.thank you so much..

We are there for iftary, food was found good and fresh. But to crowded and parking was found front road and garage was found as prayer room. Lots of diesel drum was found store near the prayer area and which was not well ventilated. Emegency exit not visible. Hotel was found neat and clean

The service was awesome, unexpected service, more than our imagination, they are so good and best in dhaka city in budget too, Front desk member so nice & also H cafe members. They are very neat & clean.

As a 4 star hotel you will get all kind of services. A little bit of expensive but if you want extreme level of comfort than you will love it.
