It's a horrible place to go. We booked the resort for two nights, but couldn't even stay one night. We came back to city as fast as possible. It's a total disaster. I have no word to express. No one should ever go to that horrible place. If the owner wants to do business in this field, they should start all over. As an architect I can say they have no knowledge of hospitality in this field.

Went to Heritage Resort on Sunday (weekday) for Day Long Tour. Totally disappointed with the experience. The price is super high compared to the service we received. Welcome drink was bad, washroom in reception didn’t have toilet tissue, change room in the kids pool was dirty and there was no ventilation or soap, pool water was dirty, waterfall was turned off, they didn’t turn on the wave pool, and everywhere there was mismanagement. We ordered ice latte, but were served hot coffee. Buffet lunch was not available and the beef they served was hard to chew. This level of service does not deserve 2500 per person.

Avoid at All Costs – Filthy, Dysfunctional, and Potentially Unsafe Summary: Dirty rooms, non-functional facilities, terrible food, and management that simply does not care. This place is not just disappointing, it’s borderline unsafe. Details: We booked Heritage Resort for an overnight family trip. It turned out to be one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had. The rooms were in a shocking state. Old, visibly unclean, and reeking of mold. The bathroom and balcony looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, if not months. Half the electrical outlets didn’t work, and both our room and my parents’ had completely dead phone lines, which is unacceptable given how far the rooms are from reception. My parents’ room was particularly bad, with a strong, suffocating musty smell. When we requested a room change, we were told the property was fully booked. No effort, no workaround, no concern. They had to keep the windows open and AC running just to make it tolerable. We are now dealing with the consequences: my mother is having a severe asthma attack, and I’m writing this from a doctor’s office. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the hygiene standards here. The food situation was equally disgraceful. The lunch buffet was chaotic to the point of being undignified, with guests crowding and scrambling for food. Refills took 20–25 minutes, and despite being advertised until 3 PM, most items were gone by 2:25. Quality was poor across the board. Hoping for something better, we went to their café. It took nearly three hours to get coffee and snacks. That’s not slow service, that’s operational failure. Breakfast the next morning was no better. And to top it off, when I raised these issues during checkout, the manager was completely indifferent. Verdict: Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

Totally disappointed I recently visited Heritage Resort, Narsingdi with my family mainly to enjoy the swimming pool facilities, but the experience was very disappointing. Before going, there was no clear information provided to us that the swimming pool access was restricted or required additional payment. However, after arriving and getting ready to use the pool, we were suddenly told that it was only for VIP guests. Then the manager said we could use it only if we paid an extra 500 BDT per person. This felt very misleading and unprofessional. If there are such important restrictions or extra charges, they should be clearly communicated beforehand, not revealed after guests arrive. We went there with family expectations to relax, but this situation completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this place unless they become more transparent about their policies. Absolutely terrible experience. First of all, please hire proper people and change all of the rusty old things you have. One of the most overpriced resorts and trust me I wouldn’t mind the price if your resort had such bad service. I really would love the owners to know how bad your service is, every single staff is absolutely awful! The first ever resort which doesn’t even have a proper buggy ride 🤮. Also this is very unclean, idk what filters they use in social media.
