I have stayed in the hotel twice and the service is not very good. The location is good considering bandarban visit close to the city. They offer a cheap breakfast. First the first time when I stayed, I had to request them for cleaning and the second time they had electrical issues we faced frequent power cut and less water. They cancelled our dinner order without informing us.

Stayed at Hill Crown Hotel in Bandarban and overall, it was a great experience. The room was nice, though the AC felt a bit bugged since it got too cold at times. The real highlights were the balcony view and the outdoor sitting arrangements—especially the swings and cozy seating spots, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the hills. A peaceful stay that I’d recommend if you’re visiting Bandarban.

Its a good hotel with affordable price range. Location is very good. They have a restaurant opposite their hotel. Restaurant food is good with price range but they need to maintain their room. I found some problem in their electrical switch. Overall its good.

The worst experience I ever had in my life in this hotel.. not even felt like I was in a hotel. The rooms were extremely dirty including the washrooms, lobby, stairs. There was chewing gum in the room. More over there was no tissue, soap, room basket, nothing at all.. not even a paste to brush the teeth. When we asked about it they said rudely that they don’t have. We had to bring a paste by ourself. The room’s AC was not working at all. Also there was water supply issue in the washroom we had to face lack of water too. How can this be a hotel with zero service. Worst I would never recommend anyone to go in this place.

The location is great but the rooms are dirty and the people there are frustratingly uncooperative. If you only want the location then you can stay here but expect the rooms to be dirty, the AC to be broken and ready to be living among a swarm of insects
