The location of the resort is very convenient. We got off from the bus just in front of the gate. They welcomed us warmly. The lake view restaurant was good. We really loved their complementary breakfast. The rooms were decent. The night view of the rooms were really amazing. The calmness of the resort at night was very enjoyable. They have room of improvement in the cottages. They can renovate them and make more attractive. Last but not the least, in the morning a guy was cutting bamboo in front of our room and making noise. It was really disturbing. Though after asking to stop he stopped. Apart from this overall it was a great experience here at Holiday Inn Resort.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Resort, Bandarban and it was truly an eco-friendly experience. Though the resort is olden, the atmosphere is calm, nature-friendly and well maintained. I stayed in Chandrima Cottage and the room was clean, comfortable and peaceful — perfect for a relaxing getaway. I especially want to mention their receptionist, Mr. Kefayet Ullah. He is extremely professional, polite in behaviour and very helpful. His hospitality and service mindset truly enhanced our overall experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort, Bandarban. The location is amazing—surrounded by beautiful hills and nature, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great views. The staff were very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Food quality was good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommended for family trips or anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Bandarban in comfort.

This resort is an excellent choice for families visiting Bandarban, mainly because of its perfect location. It is located right next to Meghla Tourist Spot and beside the main road, which makes transportation and access very easy. Most other resorts in Bandarban are a bit far inside or away from the main road, which often causes trouble in getting transport or going outside. But this resort is very convenient in that regard. The environment inside the resort is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The complimentary breakfast was impressive — around 8–9 items, very tasty and satisfying. The resort has a natural vibe with plenty of flowers and plants, and the interior design is beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay for our family. Highly recommended for family travelers.

I was stay here Arjuntola Family Room. It was really impressed and there service and hospitality. Every service men are really good personality and Friendly.
