I liked your overall service in many ways, though there were also some things I did not like. I would like to mention some positive and negative aspects. Positive Aspects: 1. Your digital communication was very good. 2. The laundry service in Makkah was good, and the food was also good. 3. During Hajj, all the arrangements were well managed, which is truly praiseworthy. 4. The Makkah and Madinah Ziyarah guides were very good, especially Masud Bhai’s explanations of every topic, which were outstanding. Negative Aspects: 1. There should have been a dedicated Muallim available at all times, as many people here were inexperienced regarding Hajj and Umrah. 2. The Hajj pilgrims were not properly looked after, especially those in the economy package. This was a very disappointing matter. 3. The room accommodation in Makkah was not good. My special request is this: since you have brought Allah’s guests to the house of Allah, it is extremely important to take proper care of them. You have created too many packages, and as a result, you provided good service to some people while neglecting others, which seemed to come from arrogance. You also looked down upon villagers, which was completely inappropriate. I hope that in the future you will regularly check on every pilgrim — whether they are eating properly, whether they are facing accommodation problems, and whether they need any help. These pilgrims are the very people who will recommend future pilgrims to your agency. If they are not satisfied, they will not do so. In this way, your organization will fall behind, and your business will lose its blessings. Overall I recommended for their Hajj packages. They tried their best in Hajj period.

Overall experience was good. Still few things need to be taken care of in future, 1. Regular and on time communications. Sometimes it felt hajjis were less communicated so they felt lack of guidelines. 2. Islamic halaka. Need more discussion about hajj, its process, hajjis tasks so that they feel engaged.
