I had a very frustrating experience with their support team. All of my application databases suddenly became disconnected, and when I checked my database manager, every database showed 0 bytes. Naturally, this was alarming since all my websites went down. I even provided screenshots to clearly show the issue. I understand that technical problems can happen, and I was not blaming them for that. However, the real issue was their attitude and response. After a few minutes, the support agent responded in an unprofessional and dismissive way, questioning the problem instead of acknowledging it. Later, they simply said everything was “fine now” and sent a screenshot — without any proper explanation or apology. A simple, professional response like: “Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue should now be resolved. Please check and let us know if everything is working on your end.” would have been enough. When I asked what caused the issue, I was told: “It’s working on my side, I have nothing to do.” That’s not acceptable. As a customer, I have the right to understand what happened, especially when it affected all my live sites. Even worse, when I reported that I still couldn’t access phpMyAdmin (access denied), I was told to contact my internet provider — which makes no sense for a server/database access issue. Mistakes can happen. But poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior should not. I strongly recommend improving customer support quality — especially communication, technical understanding, and basic professionalism. My concern is not just the issue itself, but how it was handled.
