Horrible service and rude behavior from the hotel staff and owner. All they care about is taking as much money from you as possible. They trap you with stupid rules printed on paper and hidden until you are already inside the hotel. For example, there was a 500 tk charge if you forget the key card inside but they never mention this until its too late. At the end they even forced me to pay 500 extra for the 'laundry' they have to do for the dirty bedsheet (two table cloths stitched together and easy wash). there were numerous other ways they try and skive money off you. Never going back even if they pay me.

The hotel is at a 10 mins walking distance from the beach. The room was quite big & clean as well. But there service was horrible. The geyser & lift, not working properly and also the stuffs stole my foods.

Someone like us looks at google maps Don't book hotel arcane hotel instead of hotel number broker number is given room or hotel service was totally rubbish very bad There was a single blanket in the couple bed. It is very difficult in this winter. Save more. The service was also not good. The environment of the rooms is not so good. Go to Cox's Bazar and rent the room. Be very careful from hotel arcane.
