Stayed at hotel Arkane. was not good experience. one building two hotel. building owner divided by (1,3,5) & (2,4,6) floor. room service is not expected 2/10. not have food services. Dirty is everywhere. Totally terrible just avoid it. if you have 1/2k budget then you can try.

I recently stayed at Hotel Arkane, and it was a terrible experience. Despite charging a lot of money for just two days, the quality of the stay was unacceptable. The apartment was dirty everywhere, floors, furniture, and other areas looked neglected and messy. The washrooms were even worse. They were unclean and poorly maintained, making them very uncomfortable to use. The whole place felt unhygienic and unsafe. The staff at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. When I tried to raise concerns, they were dismissive and didn’t seem to care. It was clear the management was poorly organized. Shockingly, there was only one staff member running everything, which made the service even worse. I would not recommend Hotel Arkane to anyone. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable stay, avoid this place at all costs.

Before I went the hotel! I did not actually see the reviews here. Most the reviews on Google are, asole very effective. But I just came back from the trip! Met the owner as well. After which i found out when i came to review. Kintu bolte hobe tara completly new design implementation korechen. I guess u can call it minimalistic. R repairs are i think also been! Done. And the management has taken new policies. I think you can revisit and review again.

Very well decorated apartment. Service quality is good too. Neat and clean surrounding. Availability of car parking. Highly recommended for families, newly married couples, and groups. You will find if budget friendly.

Horrible service and rude behavior from the hotel staff and owner. All they care about is taking as much money from you as possible. They trap you with stupid rules printed on paper and hidden until you are already inside the hotel. For example, there was a 500 tk charge if you forget the key card inside but they never mention this until its too late. At the end they even forced me to pay 500 extra for the 'laundry' they have to do for the dirty bedsheet (two table cloths stitched together and easy wash). there were numerous other ways they try and skive money off you. Never going back even if they pay me.
