Hotel was clean & tidy. Welcoming upon reception. Shame about the restaurant. (Waiters polite & friendly) but the food wasn’t 4* standard. When I say that, most of the items wasn’t available & when it was it took far to long. Asked for a pizza & was told it would take 45 minutes to make. Most of the beverages wasn’t available, (Coke, certain beers) Unsure why they advertise if not available? Also, was told that the restaurant was 24 hours. (Called at 10pm & literally was told 5/6 things was only available) Ended up opting for bacon sandwich (took over one hour & bacon wasn’t cooked) Don’t usually leave reviews, but the only way of improving this hotel is to get the restaurant to room standards.

Firstly I want to say that most of the staff here really try to make your stay pleasant and I was grateful for this. Unfortunately, the food here is shocking - the quality is way below that of a 3 star hotel (across all cuisines), there wasn’t a single meal that I would describe as good and most made me feel a little queasy. To top this off, after my final time eating here, I got really bad food poisoning (which I am still suffering with a week later!). I am quite certain this came from being provided a dish with chicken in despite being clear I was vegetarian. Even after projectile vomiting in the hotel, no one even apologised for what had occurred. In fact, the chef was laughing when he told me I was eating meat despite being veg. (Needless to say, if you choose to stay here I recommend eating out!). Many of the staff here were perhaps what could be described as “too helpful”, often telling me I was wrong with my decisions… The rooms were regularly tidied, but were very dusty and despite bug spraying on request, often full of mosquitos (at one stage I counted 80 bites on my ankles…). I was told by staff I must keep my windows closed to avoid this…to which I responded, I never once opened my windows! The location is good and the manager is very helpful. Unfortunately I just cannot give this place more than 2 stars after it made me so ill without any remorse.

Located in Gulshan-2, we booked this hotel for a guest from Pakistan. He informed me that the room was way better than expected. The service was also good.

Awesome Stay, Feel Just Like Home, food quality and the stuff behavior is also very good, especially Mr.Ripley Gonsalvez who is very smart, fast and always comes with a smile on his face, which makes you more comfortable during you stay.
