During our recent stay at Hotel Blue Bird, we encountered several issues that significantly detracted from our overall experience. Firstly, the attitude of the hotel staff was far from professional. It seemed as though they were not properly trained in guest relations, which is a fundamental aspect of the hospitality industry. Moreover, the hotel appeared to be overstaffed for its size. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere, as there was a constant presence of personnel around us. Their behavior during our checkout was particularly disconcerting, with what I can only describe as creepy smiles that made us feel uneasy. Another incident that marred our stay involved a rude interruption by the receptionist while we were listening to music in our room. The lack of courtesy and respect was startling and completely unacceptable. In light of these experiences, I cannot recommend this hotel to couples seeking a pleasant and relaxing stay. The unprofessionalism displayed by the staff and the discomfort caused by their excessive numbers and behavior has led me to advise against booking a stay here.

Rooms are decent & clean. Service is good. Atmosphere is fine.This hotel situated in a prime location. This hotel is a budget friendly decent hotel.

Ahh they build a hotel in old building but the decoration was good||shampoo and soap that they gave that was not that good||they didn’t bring food to room you need to go to the restaurant for eating they took so much time to make the food😔|the WiFi network is good in this hotel they have 4-5 WiFi that’s so good||overall the place is only good for low budget

Very Very Bad Experience.. Don't go there...waste of my huge time reception waiting for clean room.. I can't expect their worst 3rd class low service. Please Never Go

Very bad experience ,dirty bed cover,bad smell inside the room. Toilet not clean properly. And very bad things happened with us my wife broker her lack due to lack of light 6 floor there is no light although stairs was dark . Overall we can't see anyone from management to come and try to help us while my wife was injured badly and suffered a lot . Totally Waste of money . Will never visit again this hotel.
