IH Nirjhor (NIR)

Like: -The hotel is excellent -It is conveniently located and easy to move around. -The room looked exactly as shown in the pictures. -The staff were courteous and professional. -The bed was exceptionally comfortable. -The entire property was spotless and well-maintained. -The TV with Netflix offered a nice cinema-like experience. -Essential toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and soap were all available. -The room also had a working fridge, which was very convenient -The air conditioner, ceiling fan & very well soundproofed ensured a pleasant sleep -Water kettle was provided, along with two coffees, two green teas, and two black teas, plus elegant cups. -One liter of bottled water was complimentary. -They provided one towel initially, but when I requested an additional one, it was given instantly, which shows their good service and responsiveness. Don’t like : -The breakfast was served in the room, and the variety of items was quite limited. It would be more pleasant if the hotel offered a small restaurant for breakfast to provide guests with more options and a better dining experience - The hotel did not accept card payments, which was slightly inconvenient.

Very nice, clean and cozy room. I have taken the deluxe queen bed. It wa my solo tripans it was comfortable there. They have separate high speed wifi for each room. Staffs are very friendly specially Robin bhai and Saddam Hossain bhai.

It's nice place. Rooms are spotless. service are also good. but the location is not so good. it is located in a very crowded place. personally i like this hotel.

One of the best quality hotels in Mirpur. Although it's new and their restaurant service hasn't started yet but the overall quality is the best and if they maintain properly then people like us who live outside of Dhaka will choose this hotel in regular basis.
