Stayed for a night for official purpose. Neat and Clean hotel with comfortable stay and okay type of service. Spacious room, clean & soft beds with good lighting, AC and furnitures. The location is little deep inside town. Things those restricted me to give it a 5-Star are - 1) Poor quality of Towel - old, thin and almost unusable, 2) Breakfast - could be little better with more items and kept warm. However, if you want to stay in Business hotel in Bandarban instead of tourist resorts, this is perhaps the best option.

I don’t understand all the positive reviews. Our room was full of bugs (I had to spray the room myself), toilet paper was not replaced, and the bathroom by the restaurant was not cleaned at all for the 4 days we were there. In addition, we got back one night to find the entire hotel shut down…the gates were pulled down and locked over all of the doors. We had to bang on the gate until someone let us in the side. Rooms with balconies have no windows.

Rooms are somewhat okay.Daily amenities like soap,shampoo,comb,toothpaste were provided but the main issue was the washroom.It wasn't that clean at all & after telling the manager to provide toilet tissues for several times we didn't get it.Indeed a disappointing service from them! From the balcony we could enjoy some morning views of the nearby mountains!The lobby looked nice.The elevator is a bit congested but not that bad.The complimentary buffet was terrible.They only provided a few items and most of the items didn't taste well. More importantly,they served the same items everyday with a very little changes in the menu. Overall,it's a good hotel for short staycation.

Worst experience so far. I called to make a reservation, but the person I spoke to was extremely rude, used inappropriate language, and abruptly ended the call. He also claimed that he had called me from another number, which never happened, and later rejected my calls when I tried to follow up.
