Rooms and service are good here, also the quality of the hotel as in Bandarban city, there is no good quality hotel. You can find some hill view resorts outside of the city. Also, their food quality is good. Also, the staff behavior is fine.

I stayed there for 2 nights in January, 2024. This is a very good place. I liked the food in the restaurant. Comfortable rooms. Polite and friendly staff: people are wonderful. The location probably is not very central, but as I was on tour and we had a car and driver, it wasnt a problem.

Did not like the hotel much. Washroom was dirty and their was no hand wash in the toilet. The toilet seat was broken. Their food was tasty but it was overpriced, and found hair on their food twice. Only thing I liked about the hotel was their staffs were very well behaved. Each and every staff I met was well mannered.

Excellent food quality. Staffs are very very honest and cooperative. I lost my money bag at the waiting lounge area. Mr. Rajon Chakma (staff of the hotel) returned me the money bag with full of money and credit cards. If I couldn’t find it I would have felt in big trouble definitely. Thanks Mr. Rajon. I salute you and your honesty. May Allah give you a greatest life.

One of the best hotel in Bandarban. Their service and support was great. We arranged a day long workshop there and successfully completed it with their support. We stayed in a double room and it was great experience.
