My paretns stayed in this hotel for 1 day. They checked in at around 3 pm and checked out around 12 pm. So in less then 24 hours, the staff came to their room 5-6 times for tips, even one staff suddenly entered the room without knocking the door. They also stopped the water tape, when my parents called them then they resumed it. Most annoying thing is every staff, guradman were asking for tips even they didnt help with anything. Very bad experienct. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Stay there at your own risk.

A good hotel located in the centre of farmgate. Rooms are okay with clean washroom. Their service is quite ok. This hotel has a restaurant with good food but with less variety and has a saloon too. Recommended

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Framgate. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful at night. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both the room design and service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

The behavior of the manager is incredibly rude. He acts as though he is the only boss in the world and does not know how to interact appropriately with clients. His manners are poor, and he comes across as an arrogant person. He is bald and has fair skin. I feel the need to report him. If he were to be hired at a five-star hotel, I am certain he would struggle with the level of politeness required when dealing with customers. Overall, he is a very unpleasant individual.
