They have redecorated their rooftop and the result is amazing. Being their regular customer its very pleasing to visit the rooftop. Their food is average. Service is poor. Hope they will work on it. But good place to hang out with family must say.

In several occasions I have visited this venue. I felt that this is good place to visit with family and kids as Their decoration is very much attractive and lucrative. Specially their rooftop. It shows the beauty of Dhaka very much from this top place. From top floor you will that Dhaka is not that much bad to live or stay.

Not sure about the quality of water that comes in washroom. There is a man who comes to take entries and he is very bad behaved. Other than that i have found the stuffs co operative. Overall a bit disappointing experience cz they dont have a restaurant and nearby ones are not good at all.

Totally bad experience. Their AC didn't work. The manager changed our room multiple times but all of their AC completely offline. More of it, I booked room number 806 for me and my guests and also I paid in advance for it. But after 3-4 hours they changed our room without informing us. They are very Unprofessional.

One of the oldest hotel in the city. Vwry poor quality and service. A tiny lify for the borders. Room decoration is very poor. Room service is also poor. Not at all satisfied on the hotel. But some people like this hotel from its very begining and also continuing till time for which the hotel is running till date.
