Horrible experience: When I wanted to leave at 6:30am I realized that they turned off the elevator and locked the door to the stairhouse. So I was literally locked in, like in a prison. I tried to call the reception, nobody answered. Apart from being extremely unsafe in case of a fire I just don‘t feel comfortable being locked in, this is an absolute No-Go! Other than that I can say that the price I paid (~4200 per night) was way too high for this hotel. Bed was comfortable, guy at the reception friendly but that‘s it, other than that it‘s quite basic.

Watch out for Bedbugs!!! Sarpoka paisi amr room e. The guy at the reception didn't want to give me a reset for the booked room, the painey went direct to his pocket. I paid 5000tk for a small tiny dirty room, he called it executive room.

Clean and spacious rooms with elegant interior designs. Bedsheets and towels were clean. Provided amenities were top notch. In short, it’s a good place to stay with family.

Such a lovely room we got when we arrived at there. Their receptionist is such well mannered and providing great service for any guest. Overall their other service was really nice and they are very polite. You won't get any discomfort from them. But the room we got it was a little bit of dirty because we found a little coffee stain on the bed sheet and on the wall beside the bed there were more stain. But the bathroom was so great it was appraisable. It was nice and tidy and moreover neat and clean and every type of gadget were there. And in the room there were other essential gadget there for everyday need. And the food service was well priced and tasty. So overall they could keep the room more clean and tidy.
