A. 1. Budget friendly. 2. No hidden cost. Well staff behavior. 3. Parking space. 4. Room was fine. 5. Great location to reach, eat and rent . 6. Secured. And generator available (delay sometime) DA 1. Not a great view. 2. Food availibility in restaurent is not satisfactory. 3. The enterance in narrow so you may face trouble during park.(to get in or out) 4. Lift service was not available. They are working on it.

Excellent service before coming as well as after. Rooms are well decorated and spacious. But some room have chair on belcony some have not, some have refreezer some not. Behaviour is very good. Food and restaurent are nearby.

Few of the best options in Bandarban within tight budget. Room are good (though saw some cracks on ceiling - may be not something serious), staff behaviour is good and faced no stupid guests. Overall good experience within budget.

Rooms are old in decoration (not like the photos they are showing).walls are damaged.TV was not available due to it has problems.its a under construction building,so in day time many unusual noise come.balcony was covered by construction elements. corridors and stairs are also unclear.Bathroom cleanness is in medium range.Water was not clean properly.Waiting area is big,have sofa but fans are not sufficient. Location is very good but not family friendly.

The room was dirty. I requested them for early check in, they had lots of rooms empty but they didn’t allow early check ins. They didn’t serve any breakfast though they charged 3500 Taka for a very basic room. We didn’t get any towel, brush and paste with the room. Only served shampoos, soap and water. The behaviour of their staffs are so disgusting.
