With the price u can feel good and best hotel for the sea view. Their best part is - Live Music and sea view from the balcony. With 5/6k room rent you will find best service than others so called hotels like cox today etc. For middle class who want prime feeling and can not afford 10/20k room rent for 4/5★ feelings they can book hotel kollol. In my opinion with the price they are good than others.

Apart from the location, everything about this hotel was below average. We booked a sea view deluxe room but the condition of the room was like a hotel costing 1000-1500 tk per night. The room service was also below average as they didn't clean my room properly. Ain't going to be there again for sure. Not recommended

Hotel Kollol offers a mixed experience. The lobby is impressive, and the team is highly professional, providing excellent service. The food, particularly the kasundi, is of high quality and stands out. However, there is room for improvement in the condition of the rooms, which do not quite match the fare charged. A bit more attention to the room situation would enhance the overall experience.

In 4200 BDT per night, you will get many better options than Kallol for sure. Here are my 2 cents: - Breakfast was HORRIBLE. No meat option, no live egg station and what not! Even I can cook better chow mein than their chef. - Worst service in recent times. There was no toilet tissue when we checked in. Also the glasses were unclean. After informing, they provided the tissue after 30 mins and cleaned those unclean glasses in our washroom. How ridiculous is this! - The washroom was not up to the standard. - There were no slippers in the room. - Horrible WiFi I would have understood the situation if the price was around 2500. The quality is very poor compared to the price. Never coming back to this hotel.

First of all their service is terrible. There is no privacy for guests in the room. Now come to the real story. Me and my wife were sleeping and one of their room cleaners entered our room without asking us with the manual key they had. Finally he regretted and left. Then when we were not in the room. They enter our room in the name of cleanliness. We didn't ask to clean the room, but they did it without asking. After that, we took two rooms. AC in our other room was not working at all. After informing them for a long time and sending people, nothing happened, the AC remains bad. On the day of checkout, I came to the reception to check out the room, they took 10 minutes. Then they told us everything is fine, you can go. Then we sat on CNG. One of their staff came and said that they are calling you. Room not checked. I said did not check the room?! And so they said we can go, the girl at the reception said, they didn't talk like that, does that mean we guests are lying? They exchanged words within three/four minutes. So, I will say for everyone, I had a bad experience at this hotel.
