Very poor service. The front desk behaviour incredibly rude, uncivilised and racist. He discriminated our inquiry because of our religion and country. I tried to book for my friend who is a foreigner. The man in the front desk behaved very discriminatory after hearing this. I will strongly recommend everyone to avoid this establishment specially if you of a different religion or race.

Really bad experience from them. Rooms are not cleaned and the bedsheets has stains on them and they don't provide brush and paste. And the location is inside a house building type.Their behavior is also really bad. Terrible experience!!

For people who's patients are admitted in Ibn Sina Dhanmondi, it's a place to stay closely. But for non-ac rooms (1600tk, 2200tk) and ac room (2800tk), the amenities provided, service they give is not worthy at all. Their building' reservoir tank is big so when they clean it you have to stay without tap water for more than 6 hrs. They will ask you to save water in bucket but those water will be a bit dirty. They didn't provide any toilet paper, no toothbrush. They should increase their quality of service or reduce their price.
