😡😡 Very Disappointing Experience I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. There were many serious issues that made my experience extremely uncomfortable.😡😡 The washroom door did not close properly, which is completely unacceptable. The window curtains were very thin, and everything inside the room was visible from outside, so there was no privacy at all. The blanket in the room had a very bad smell, making it difficult to sleep. 😡 Additionally, the hotel charged me money for drinking water, but they did not provide a sealed new water bottle. Instead, they brought filtered water in a used bottle and still took money for it, which is highly unprofessional and unhygienic. On top of that, the room service staff kept coming repeatedly and forced us to order the hotel’s packaged food, which made us very uncomfortable. I also gave money to one staff member to buy medicine for me, and he took around 20% extra money dishonestly. Overall, this hotel lacks basic privacy, hygiene, honesty, and staff professionalism. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

As I checked in at night with my partner the bed was literally filled with bed bugs me and my partner literally had to vacate the room at midnight because of that. As I complained they didn't show any concern and shifted me to other room and didn't even give me a discount or any refund and shifted me to a different room and charged me double the price because of their service so I would say if you hate bed bugs don't go there. Because of them even my house was affected by these bed bugs. So I won't even recommend staying there at all.

Nice room. Decent facility. Nothing fancy. But there was no towel, no toiletries. It kinda disappointing!

Extremely disorganized staff. They have no idea how reservations work - at least not online reservations. They couldn't find our booking, wanted to charge us more for a smaller room, wouldn't admit that they were completely wrong, and even cancelled my booking 2 weeks after I stayed there stating I never showed up. A complete and total mess. However, the location is excellent. You can find whatever you need nearby, and it was a safe area, always full of people. The room itself was okay - clean and comfortable, but a bit small.
