Whenever i am visiting Bangladesh Hotel Nandini is my first choice for staying in Dhaka. Nice food options with all kind of cuisines and the entire hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Love the rooftop restaurant.

The staff are very nice, cleanliness is pretty good I feel quite comfortable and the room is nice. Can't ask for more tbh. Also they provide cute little complimentary things

We stayed for 2 days in Room 302. Overall, the experience was good, but there were a few small issues. The TV and Akash remotes weren’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the most disappointing part came during checkout. We were made to wait for at least 10 minutes, only to be told that one towel was missing. They claimed there were 4 towels in the room, but we only received 3. For a hotel that charges premium rates and where we dined at their expensive rooftop restaurant, we expected a smoother, more professional checkout process. If you're going to hold guests accountable for every item, please provide a proper checklist at check-in so everything can be cross-checked fairly at checkout.

Place was very good before , day by day their service level is degrading. And one receptionist named Adnan his behavior very bad , got totally upset for his behavior!!
