One of the most worst experience. Room quality was very bad and dirty. Service was very poor,even amenities with room was not given before told. Location was pretty good for me as our bus from Dhaka dropped us in front of the hotel, but I didn't like that it was in the main road. Also I saw many faced problem to reach this location.Megla Police Camp is near for visiting. We faced load-shading like 5 times in a day. Price of room in less but still not recommended.

The surrounding environment was good, but the condition of room 608 was so bad that I can't explain it.

The place was wonderful, offering a beautiful view of nature. I stayed in room 401, and the view was truly breathtaking. At night, the White Temple lit up in different colors, creating a mesmerizing sight. However, the experience inside the room was disappointing. The room was unbearably hot, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The service was poor, and the staff’s behavior was not welcoming. Additionally, the room was dusty and had a bad odor. Despite informing them multiple times, they only took action after repeated complaints. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went there couple of days ago and the only thing which is worth mentionable was it's location otherwise it's a pathetic place. No AC or ceiling fan in the whole lobby/waiting room. There was only ONE pedestal fan in the whole lobby which is quite a big area. Dinning area aswell have no AC or ceiling fans either with fixed glass windows, we were sweating while taking our meals. Two pedestal fan for a room where 40 people can have meals at a time. The worst part of this dinning area is it's washroom, you enter there and just need to wash your hands and you will find the man's urinal straight infront of you YUCK. How someone can keep an open urinal in a hand washing area ? Severely untidy 4 wash basins with only one liquid soap pump and very poor lighting in that area. Used tissues on top of counters. Feel like to santize hands again after using those basins. Also food was not upto the mark and service was real slow. Like your rice dish is empty and it took 10 minutes to refill. Rooms were not clean properly, curtains seems never been washed, light bulb in the washroom was out of order and it took hours to fix it. No light switch near the entry door, you have to walk in the dark to turn on the lights. 1 liter water bottle was served without any glass, later water refill took three hours. My impression about this place in one word is PATHETIC.
