A great place to stay with friends and family. Their sea view rooms have never disappointed me Room service and staff behaviour was really good. The best part of the hotel is their buffet breakfast. Bangla cuisine and sea food platters are also good enough. If you're looking for a decent but also budget friendly hotel it's a perfect place for you Went there 3 times.... Masha Allah they have never disappointed me

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room and common areas were clean, and the service staff were helpful and attentive throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quality of service, which made the experience comfortable. That said, I didn’t like the lighting in the toilet, and the almirah made some noise, which was a bit distracting. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was well maintained and enjoyable. I would consider staying here again.

Location is good Price is ok location wise Rooms might need to renovate a little bit Room lighting is excellent Also all the facilities like bus counter ; ticket counter , shops , restaurants etc are all in closes distance . Lift is good Neat and clean

I booked two rooms at this hotel in Cox’s Bazar—one sea-view couples’ room and one twin-bed room without view for my friends. Both on 5th floor. Unfortunately, the twin-bed room had multiple issues that made the stay very disappointing. The bedsheets and comforter were dirty, with visible hair on the bed. Essential amenities were missing, including a kettle, drinking glasses, handwash, tissues, and even a floor mat outside the washroom to wipe feet. There were no tissue boxes in any of the rooms at all. Room service was extremely poor. When we requested an extra pair of sandals, the request was denied without any proper explanation. The hotel manager was also very unprofessional and appeared lethargic and indifferent toward customer concerns. The checkout process was another unpleasant experience, with repeated miscalculations that caused unnecessary delays. For a room costing BDT 4,300 per night, this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. With a slightly higher budget (around BDT 5,000), there are far better hotels available in Cox’s Bazar. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Really terrible experience there. First of all I paid double for the weekend. The room celling was dirty (Black spots every where). When I check-in there and I noticed that thier AC is not working. After complain about it they came and told me there has some gas problem in the AC so its not fixable right now and they did't even change the room. After this issue I noticed again, their the TV also not working. The toilet was very bad smell which is horrible experience. After check-out again I told them all but they didn’t even say a sorry word for it. Looks like it was so normal for them. The complimentary breakfast was eve wrost then thier hotel room. The hote location was nice but if the services are bad location isn't worth it. So disappointed.
