I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to Dhaka, but unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. The service provided did not justify the price. Most concerning was that the room appeared to have used bed sheets and pillow covers left unchanged from previous guests, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. The washroom design is poor and inconvenient to use. Additionally, the furniture is outdated and seems poorly maintained. During the night, I could hear sounds of rats coming from inside the interior, which is highly disturbing and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and overall maintenance. Overall, the hotel needs urgent improvement in terms of hygiene, service quality, and infrastructure. Without significant changes, it will be difficult to meet guests’ expectations.

People only book this hitel for bad intents. this hotel is not safe for normal people who just wants to stay. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL for casual intention other than intertainment purpose. Drunk peoples are also ho there.

stayed for one night in a 2 bed apartment. the AC water coudn't find a way to drain. other than that everything else was okay. not a bad place for night stay...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while recovering from my cyst surgery. It's conveniently located near Square Hospital and stands out as one of the best among the hotels in the vicinity. If you're in the area and looking for a decent place to stay, consider giving this hotel a try. The staff members are professional and exceptionally welcoming. The secure premises add an extra layer of comfort. Overall, it's a well-maintained hotel that provides a positive experience.
