Unprofessional hotel management. I have heard bad reviews about the hotel, still thought of staying for one night because it was closer to the place where I was attending a function. I had booked a delux room and the lady said 5000 tk for that, so I booked that one. Next day, I artive at the hotel and she said it is showing that no room is available. But she took the 5000 tk for deluxe room and gave me room card. I found that the room had balcony, which was not a deluxe room. After 10 minutes passed in that room, the lady called on the landline and said, sir we don't have deluxe room available, so we have given you a better one. I said, you took 5000 tk charge from me, you didn't say anything, if you didn't have room to give me, you could've tell me. Then she said, you have to give 500 tk more Sir. Like it was my fault she was careless to say deluxe room was available during booking. And, so called better room? I wonder what the less nice room looked like, the tv was broken, they changed the tv by swapping one from the neighbor room which was empty lol. I have stayed in khagrachori at a 1200 tk guest room. It was far more clean, better furniture and worth the price. Only the buffet was decent during breakfast. But don't expect anything other than overpriced rice/khichuri with chicken/mutton at night. And don't even expect someone would receive the telephone if you call the reception. And a 15 tk coke was charged 40 tk.

Rooms are good! No bathtub in the bathroom! Improvement areas: cleanliness, Service & behaviour. Some employees are rude in behaviour. Some are extremely good! 🙏 Stayed here for more than thrice on business trips. It's quiet hotel.

Rooms were dirty 6/10 rating Sevice rating 9/10 specially Mr Helal of Marketing (trying his best to convince) Room service 9/10 Restaurant service 10/10 Room cleanliness 5/10 Toilet geezer was not ok had to shift to another room for shower.

A really decent hotel with good hospitality and good food. I recommend few expats for few days and got the best service with reasonable room pricing.

Quite good interior. Good reception behaviour. All stuff frankly minded. Thay have The Vacation International tours and travels company also. This tourism company offer domestic and international services. They arrange promotion campaign and I am winner of this campaign lottery for 2 night 3 day stay at 5 star hotel in domestic or abroad.
