Terrible Experience, Avoid This Hotel! Stayed here on 3rd December 2025 and it was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service is shockingly bad and the staff behavior is downright rude and arrogant. The guy at the reception acts like some entitled prince (nawabzada) – zero professionalism, zero willingness to help. They allotted us a room claiming it had a working geyser, but the geyser was completely dead. No hot water at all even in December winter! We asked multiple times to arrange hot water or fix it, but they simply couldn’t (or wouldn’t) do anything about it. Left us shivering all night. Overall: pathetic service, useless facilities, and staff who clearly don’t care about guests. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Highly not recommended!

Hotel Prince is conveniently located on Victoria Road, near Kalibari Bridge, in the heart of Tangail City and has long been known for its neat and clean rooms. However, my review focuses on their recent initiative that caters not only to hotel guests but also to food enthusiasts. Recently, on their 8th floor, they introduced a buffet at an incredibly affordable price of BDT 150. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, guests can enjoy a full meal for just BDT 150. The food is not only budget-friendly but also delicious, with a distinct homemade flavor. Currently, they do not offer desserts or heavy junk food. Instead, the menu features classic Bangladeshi dishes, making it especially appealing to those who appreciate traditional flavors. Highly recommended for lovers of authentic Bangladeshi cuisine.

Stayed in Super Deluxe Room. The size was okay. Air-conditioner was having problem to adjust the temperature and swing. There were many small/baby cockroaches in the room. The toilet was not up to the mark. The commode location was severely poor. Hotel location was good though. Very poor value for money, but I think this is the best hotel in Tangail.

Typical local bangla hotel. Interior is below average. Service not so good. Behaviour polite but not cordial. There was No telephone in my room 611. (21/06/22) for communication with reception. Washroom is very small in size. Overall average quality. Need some renovation & should ensure service with full of enthusiasm.
