Very unclean room. Inspite of super deluxe room the condition of room is not worth the price. Room service is horrible. The telephone is not working at all. You keep in calling it will not connect. No TV facility inspite of you pay they have issue in everything. And very small size of room in super deluxe room. Very bad room service. Just waste of money don't go there.

Rating: 1/10 "I stayed at this hotel last night (14-04-26), and it was a terrible experience. I would strongly advise any business traveler not staying here. The reception staff were extremely rude from the start. Intercom was not in working, I ordered a simple tea that never arrived, even after two hours of waiting. The room condition was poor, with a persistent bad smell, and the bathroom was dirty. To make matters worse, the restaurant service was just as bad. The servers were very unprofessional and rude, specifically Mr. Gaurav Haldar. Due to the lack of basic hygiene and hospitable service, I give this hotel 1 out of 10. Avoid this place at all costs."

Unsupportive staff. Poor hygiene and no cleanliness. Bedsheet was messy and full of hairs. Their tarriff is so high and they even don't maintain basic hygiene.

Waiters try to loot you at restaurant by cutting the portion either soup or starter, happened with me 4-5 times. Later on during rush hour they serve the cut portion to different customer and they get that extra amount for themselves. Orders same thing more then 10 times but the portion is always less during rush hours and on asking they don’t accept it.
