Rooms was very small. Window sided rooms are so noisy. The room doesn't match as the picture shown. The person named Usman's behavior is not good. No food arrangements there. Not even teas.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-furnished, offering great comfort after a long day. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is also perfect—close to the airport and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good variety. I especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance and how secure the property felt. Highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Dhaka!

Mostly bad experiences. The room does not match the picture in reality. The room for 1650 taka is very small and very dirty. Bedsheets, curtains, blankets, pillows, everything is dirty. The washroom is in a terrible condition. It is impossible to relax due to the noise from outside and the water is dirty. They are listing all the facilities like wifi, food but there is no difference. Safe is true and nothing else is there. No parking. If you park elsewhere you have to pay 100 taka, the staff is not very good either. Food has to be brought from outside. If you let their staff bring it, they will not refund the money. 1650 room and 100 service charge on top of that. Nasir bhai's behavior is very good. No good experience other than just 2/3 experiences.
