reserved a room through a phone call, when I arrived they said that the room wasn't empty yet and the check in time is 12 am. (I had clearly mentioned that I'd arrive early morning). The room is very small, barely one bed and a coffee table. Bed sheet wasn't clean enough, when I said it...the staff said it's washed, those are just marks. The whole establishment smells of cheap tobacco. amnesties: a cheap meril soap and towel. that's it. water was clean, so was toilet. The flush doesn't work. Definitely not a 1620 bdt worthy room.

Excellent Food & Drinks menu as we enjoyed snacks, cocktail & mocktail: then in the Dinner we had Paneer, Thai Curry, Missi & Tandoori Roti whi was very testy. In the end we had beautiful Ras Malai & Creme the Mint. Overall, an excellent outing.

Staffs are fine. You paid way more than what they actually deserve. I would say personally that they should focus on the cleanliness

My recent stay at Hotel Rose Garden Palace was absolutely delightful.A hidden gem for those looking for a getaway. Highly recommended!
