Here is a breakdown of what you can expect if you stay there in 2026. ### The Vibe & Location Hotel Sarina is situated in Banani, one of Dhaka’s most secure and vibrant neighborhoods. • Accessibility: It is roughly 20–30 minutes from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (depending on Dhaka’s infamous traffic). • Walkability: You are steps away from "Road 11," the city's hub for high-end dining, boutiques, and cafes. • Atmosphere: The interior features a "Millennium Classic" style—think polished wood, warm lighting, and traditional hospitality rather than minimalist chic. ### Rooms & Comfort With around 201 rooms across 22 floors, the accommodations are spacious and well-maintained, though some repeat guests note that while the rooms are clean, certain wings show their age. • Best Picks: The Crown Suites or Imperial Suites provide significant living space and are ideal for longer business stays. • Amenities: Rooms come with high-speed Wi-Fi, LED TVs, and deep soaking bathtubs. The soundproofing is generally good, which is essential given the busy Banani intersection outside. ### Dining Experience Dining is arguably Hotel Sarina’s strongest suit. One of the best 5 star hotel in dhaka city. Have best category rooms and suites with top notch service. Sarina have a rooftop swimming pool along with Gym, sauna, spa, steam. There are several restaurants, bar and buffet with delicious local, continental, thai, mexican etc cuisines. Wedding and banquet hall available. Airport shuttle service also available. Rooms and suites are very much clean and furnished. Complementary breakfast is good.

Their hospitality truly stands out among other five-star hotels, staff were attentive, professional, and made the experience feel premium from start to finish. However, the food didn’t quite match that level. It was below average in taste, and the menu felt quite ordinary. For a luxury dining experience, I was expecting more unique, refined, or signature dishes that would elevate the overall experience.

Stayed at Hotel Sarina Dhaka from 5–7 April. Overall, a pleasant experience. There was a delay during check-in due to an Agoda booking issue, but the staff were very helpful and supportive throughout, and everything was resolved. The best part of the stay was definitely the excellent staff behavior and hospitality. A few amenities feel a bit dated, and some renovation would make the experience even better.

Its a good hotel, I stayed here back in August 2023 and it was very good experience. Location, staff, food and service all were very good specially their front desk staff was very helpful and they even gifted me a coin collection box which have been used throughout Bangladesh's history.
