Clean, good location, safe hotel. Nothing is special, but all biz travelers needs are there. Staff are friendly and kind. Daytime, walking around the hotel is quite safe and fine. Night time, basically recommend all to stay hotel and eat dinner at the restaurants in the hotel.

All staff from door attendants, front desk, reception, to room service are exceedingly professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet selection is huge and caters to all tastes. A very pleasant stay indeed.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Serena Dhaka! The staff were exceptional in their service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and comfortable, exactly as I had requested. While the buffet breakfast was decent, it was the excellent service from the staff that truly made my stay memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Serena Dhaka for its warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations.
