I stayed at Hotel Sea Cox for 2 days in Room 6002. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I believe the hotel offers excellent value for the price. The reception team was very cooperative, and the night shift bellboy was especially polite, friendly, and helpful. Their hospitality made my stay more comfortable. I have a few suggestions that could make the guest experience even better: * Please provide room slippers in every room. * Every room should have a Do Not Disturb (DND) sign. * The breakfast buffet could be improved with more variety and updated menu options. * It would be great to follow the international standard checkout time of 12:00 PM. * Please keep a few rooms available for guests who request a late checkout. * Upgrading the TVs to Smart TVs would greatly enhance the in-room experience. Overall, Hotel Sea Cox is a great choice for its price. With these small improvements, it could become one of the best hotels in the area. Thank you to the staff for their excellent service, and I look forward to staying here again.

I’m stayed in Room 6013 (Sea View) from 19 to 22 April. I had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, staff behavior was very polite and friendly, and the overall service was outstanding. Everything was well managed and comfortable. Thank you for the great hospitality.

I stayed for two nights in Room 4005. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth, which I appreciated. However, the washroom condition was not up to standard. I could hear water noise from the upper floor drain pipe, and the commode was slightly broken on one side with visible rust. Additionally, hot water was available only in the shower and basin, not from the regular tap, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the staff service was good, the washroom maintenance needs improvement.

Overall, I had a very good experience. The service was reliable and the quality was quite good. Everything was well organized, and the staff was friendly and supportive. While most things were great, there is still a little room for improvement. That said, I am satisfied and would recommend it to others. Looking forward to an even better experience next time.
