I will try to say my opinion honestly. I didn't book online or did any advanced reservations before coming to cox's, and this was my first visit with my family to this city. And directly I came to this hotel & got vacant rooms. The staff were nice. The hotel was nice & clean. More than average. Our room was so clean. The furniture, bed, AC, washroom and everything was nice.

Price wise room is very small, workers are friendly but they didn’t provide according to the price. TV doesn’t work WiFi doesn’t work Washroom looks like a 2 star hotel No hand-wash soap Breakfast buffet is 3rd class, no juice, very small room, no air ventilation Sea view came with a dump Very unorganised

Their service was too bad Our check in time was 12.30 p.m Bt till 3 p.m we couldn't get into our Room and we booked the front sea view room Bt after contacting them they denied and said that we didn't book the front sea view room

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL!!! Extremely disappointed our door was locked couldn't open for 2 hours!!! Eventually the door was smashed and Hotel still charged full full amount didn't compensate whatsoever?
