Highest is 3/10 and this only for the fresh water with a great pressure and their quick responses. Asked if the bedsheet and pillow covers were clean which they replied with "yes" after checking in, got to see stains all over which they then changed but was no better. Both the mattress and pillows were so stiff which ruined my sleep. After complaining they offered a blanket to put it under the bedsheet to make it comfortable which removed the stiffiness by 10%. An absolute joke. At night felt something was crawling on my body, as I turned on the flash lights the whole bed was loaded with bed bugs and baby roaches!!! The only positive side is the clean toilet with clean water and their positive responses. (Which didn't help obviously)

I was charged extra, and the staff's behavior was poor. The room was unclean, and despite informing room service, it remained unchanged. There were used tissues in the washroom, no dustbin, and no cupboard in the small room, especially considering the high fare.

I got charged extra, the staff was unfriendly, and the room stayed dirty even after complaining. The bathroom had used tissues, no dustbin, and the small room lacked a cupboard. On top of that, the cost was too high for what I received.

They charged extra money from me and the behaviour of the staf is not good Room was uncleaned After saying this to the room service they Don't clear it Used tissue in washroom Also they Don't provide dustbin and there are no cupboard in the room The room is so small as the fare is so high

Worst management with worst reception service. For me I feel very unprofessional behaviour as a unknown or first time guest.I notified and confirmed them one day before for a non ac room including my arvl time bt after got into reception they told me non ac room not available then whts the benefit to inform them early.
