I was panicking cause the eftpos machine isn’t working and I don’t have enough cash due to atm not dispensing money. The hotel suggested ways on how I can pay off my due before checking in to the point of me having a free stay for two hours. I really appreciate that gesture. Room prices are budget- friendly and rooms are big enough. Truly a bang for your buck.

It is a nice place to stay in this area. Every necessary point is close to here. The room price is okay and they have a nice eating arrangement inside. But their decoration can be improved because competitors are also offering better prices.

The best part is they have an airport shuttle with less cost. The staffs are well mannered. They offer tea very early in the morning with no charge. They even offer tea at night. Give me a wake up call at 5 am as i told them to do so. Overall a nice experience. But the room charge should be reduced a little bit as per the room quality.

Minato San

Mostly used by people who're looking for a place near the airport. The place is not actually a hotel, it's a residence made into one. But there was nothing lacking and it felt more homely. The place isn't modern, but on the other hand, quite cheap.

Roads are broken and completely far from amenities. Staff are extremely narrowminded; they couldn't help our fellow colleague get his room booked because of his absurd assumptions. The rooms are not adequate, and lighting is absoutely poor around the main stairs and lift lobby. No wonder their minds can only imagine negativity. We left right away, and not going to recommend this to any one.
