They claim it's a 5-star hotel but I don't think they meet the criteria to become a five-star hotel. The reception and lobby area are well decorated, cleaned and spacious. However, the quality of service they provide is not up to the mark. They should train their existing employees specially the room service. To me, they should update the interior of the Rooms. Decorations and furniture need maintenance as they are deteriorating very fast. The road towards the hotel is broken and water clogged. The swimming pool and restaurant are good. Overall, the price is higher compared to the services they provide.

The worst five star hotel I have ever seen in my life. And it can never be a five star hotel. Their room was unclean we found poisonous insects in their room. They said our room will have a balcony but they lied to us they didn't have a balcony. It was very painful for us :) Especially their manager and the person in charge of the swimming pool were very rude. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. :)Especially the manager was very bad.Which is never expected from a hotel.

I stayed Deluxe sea side room. Intercom was not working. Washroom was not fully cleaned. Food quality was good. Service was average.

The location of the hotel is in worst place,bad smell and dark around the hotel.its risky to walk through beach alone. The most worst thing is they are lier.we reserved double room 4 adult accommodation suit room with balcony.after reaching the hotel they gave us without balcony room. And said the room was not vacant.we had to stay that room.and room was not good condition. They turn off AC any time Toilet exhaust fan turned off always.we had to call them to on AC and exhaust fan. And the buffet breakfast is lowest quality have never seen at any star hotel.we went Noviair package and paid 55350.which is waste. Don't waste time n money at cox today hotel when u want to relax at cox bazar.

Very poor customer service. Dirty toilet.water was leaking from somewhere and they didn’t bother mend them even after we complained.We found dirty room after check in.Sand and hair was all over the floor,toilet and bed. Very unhelpful staff. Same and limited items in breakfast. No sea view room. Certainly not a five star hotel!!!!!!highly unrecommanded.
