worst place to stay. they called them 3 star hence don't have handwash in the toilet. Locks are broken, bedsheets are dirty, don't suply amenities or water untill asking. And specially the old manager's behaviour is very bad. He talked to us very rudely. very unprofessional .

Terrible hotel. I didn’t get water all 24h. They have managed water by bucket even they didn’t let me know they had water issues. The rooms are really dirty, small, congested and the restaurant was horrible. When I am having breakfast i have seen a cockroach lay down on the floor . It makes me vomiting . And the dirty things all around the hotel. I won’t recommend anyone to stay here. Most annoying experience.😡

So unscrupulous,unprofessional and worst in service that after power cutting, they didn't turn on generator even after informing them. The worst part is power cutting two times at night and a ghostly situation at room with heat.The suffering that I got from them is unpardonable.

It is the best hotel in Dhaka city with great rooms and service at a reasonable price. The stay was amazing indeed. The room is spacious, the washroom is clean enough. The hotel location is in a quiet place so you will not face any unnecessary noise. There are great views from the room. Big shelves to keep clothes, freezer to keep water and drinks cold. They provide good toiletries and towels. There is also geyser facility in the washroom. Room service is quick and efficient. The staff are well behaved and always ready to provide service. The complementary breakfast is good enough and tastes great. Each and every time I called any food delivery boy, the hotel staff were there to make sure everything was okay. So the most important thing is that safety is well maintained by the authority and staff. Undoubtedly you will enjoy your stay here. And it will be good value for money.

Grand Hyatt, Dhaka, is a five-star standard hotel at a very low cost. Surrounded by beautiful views, a peaceful and pleasant environment. In addition to comfortable beds, the spacious rooms have adequate shelves for storing clothes, hot water arrangement, refrigerators, good quality toiletries, towels, etc. For any service, there is a skilled staff who comes forward with a smile. There is strict security that will make you feel comfortable. Needless to say, I will never forget the taste of their breakfast.
