I want to give 5 star for all facilitys. Luxury rooms nd mainly food quality is so so good nd delicious. We enjoyed Buffet breakfast also. If you want a great service in reasonable limits you should go there. Staff's behavior much helpful.

Alhamdulillah, Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend (Hotel West Valley) because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

Service & Foods are good. Specially Buffet Breakfast. Value of Money 5/5. I've stay here 4 night during my passant was admitted at United Hospital.

I stayed there for three nights with my family in January. The staff were always so helpful and nice about any inquiries we had. This hotel is near Gulshan and Banani so if you are looking for the best bang for buck hotel near these areas then this is for you.

The rooms were quite decent and the services are kinda loose. The foods in their 24h open restaurant was average. And the morning complimentary breakfast was below average. Overall the whole experience was kinda so-so. If you're planning to visit on vacation purpose this is not your choice but for business purpose it kinda works
