I had a wonderful stay at JATR Flagship Dhaka Lakeview. The location is excellent, offering beautiful lake views and a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to key areas of the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was courteous, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The property offers great value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend JATRA Flagship Dhaka Lakeview to both business and leisure travelers visiting Dhaka, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I stayed at Jatra Flagship Lakeside Hotel for almost three weeks. While the hotel consists of only a few rooms, they are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Most importantly, the beds are incredibly comfortable. Aircon works perfectly as does the WiFi. The location is excellent, with restaurants wishin walking distance. And, it is perfectly placed for easily getting around the city and to the airport. The staff are very friendly and professional and very accommodating. Laundry service is punctual and professional as well. Overall, I highly recommend here. It is excellent value. I will definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

Location is okay however staff can be more helpful. BEWARE parking at this location is horrible. Very steep and tight underground, and the garage floor is in bits and pieces which in the latter required damaged my vehicles tyre on spot hence requiring to be replaced at my own cost.

I had a pleasant stay, best executive accommodation for short stays - brilliant for my friends and associates from across the globe. But MGH Group should put more focus on the management and add additional resources.
