Let me point out the important things one by one first. The staff here are unprofessional. The management is careless. The food quality is below average according to high price. The sitting arrangements are completely congested. Now let's go into details. The staff doesn't care whether you are in queue or standing next to them because they stand in front of you. The management doesn't care because the place is completely uncleaned. Pizza Hut on the other side is clean and tip top. No tissue in the washroom and bathroom. There is no food menu or leaflet of the items and the management doesn't even bother to keep. Basically you need to go to the counter and check the prices of food items on the TV screen like an idiot and then order food. The food menu and their respective prices on the TV screen are confusing and much higher than other fried chicken restaurants. The fried chicken were too oily and bland, and the garlic sauce was disgusting. And the cold beverage tasted like sugar water. The staff doesn't want to give extra sauce or tissue to the customers. Most of the people who were crowding there were from foodpanda and pathao delivery services.

Food was fresh and good. Place is quite small. And AC works low during rush.We had to call and wait for a long time for waiter to clean the table.

Both KFC and Pizza hut are here side by side. Don't know about KFC but the food in Pizza hut were okay (I have had better pizza than theirs). Staffs were a little slow but they showed sincerity. Pizza taste can be upgraded by improving the quality of their sauce. PS: Double cheeze pizza is a waste of money, it had no taste at all. I had the classic chicken sausage which was good enough.

Food quality and taste were as usual but the response of the employees weren’t that good. Seemed like customer are nothing to them.They know people will come so then can behave like however they want. But again the employee who was taking order at that time wasn't friendly enough but he did his job with ease, an employee like him is a asset for the Company..
