Khulshi Mart, please train your employees properly or at least check their qualifications before hiring such unprofessional staff. Especially that particular lady — she seriously needs to learn how to behave with customers. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and reflected extremely poor upbringing and zero training. A supershop should never allow employees who talk down to customers, make baseless accusations, or act like they have no manners. This kind of staff destroys your reputation. Fix your team. Train them. Teach them how to treat customers with minimum respect. Until then, people are better off avoiding this place entirely.
