It sounds like you had a fantastic day at the resort near Kapasia! With a variety of activities like cricket, football and badminton, along with amenities like a swimming pool and children's zone, there's something for everyone. The accommodation options, from tower building rooms to lakeside bungalows, seem appealing, and the lush greenery adds to the charm. It's great to hear that both your family and colleagues had a memorable time, despite some areas for improvement with the food quality.

Sayeed Khaldun (Emon)

A nicely decorated resort near Kapasia as well as well known Saarah Resort. Visited the resort for a day long program with family and colleagues. They have one large field for cricket and other different activities. Besides they have another two fields; one for football and another one for Volleyball. They have also two nicely decorated badminton Court, A bird house, one Children zone, one swimming pool for adult, one dedicated pool for children. Restaurant and Seminar room are also nicely decorated. Food quality was satisfactory. To stay at night they have tower building rooms and lake side banglow rooms. Plenty of trees inside the resort. Overall the resort experience was satisfactory and most of my family members and colleagues enjoyed a lot.

Our Annual official Day long trip was 02 March with 25 Members But we experienced Poor Quality of Service from Kokomo-- 1. Did not provide committed cricket field, they allocate to other party and ask to adjust in smaller length base field. 2. 2 Rooms among 3 committed Rooms did not provide till 01:00 pm for Day Long Package. 3. No water was available among 2 /3 of our Rooms 4. Late to serve Breakfast , Started at 09:45 am where package started from 09:00 am 5. Lunch was cold including beef, salad, vegetable were insufficient and Mutton for non Muslims were insufficient & Pieces were poor Quality 6. Open Swimming pool facility was confirmed for us but asked to leave our group after 30 minutes in disrespected manner 7. Water Quality of Swimming pool was below average

RIR'S BLACK EYE

Slow service, couldn't enjoy the pool facility( they were cleaning for two days), rooms full of cockroache, given only two litters of water in the first 24 hr for 8 people(had to buy several bottles), slow management, food was average, beverage were not included etc. Overall not a enjoyable place to spend vacation at all. Nothing but a waste of money!!!
