Average good. Natural environment is beautiful, nice. Rooms need to be more maintained, staffs should be increased, services must be quick, security needs to be improved, we experienced badly with dogs, the dogs should be controlled with chains. Food was good in taste, and the manager was well behaved, helpful and cordial.

Our stay at Labah Tong was amazing! The staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay. The restaurant serves homely and delicious food. The atmosphere is very romantic indeed. Highly recommended for couples! We were amazed to see clouds covering the whole valley early in the morning at this low altitude from our balcony! Recommendation: The restaurant staff are overworked at times when they have a large number of guests to serve (non-resident and resident). The management should hire more staff to cater for high volume of guests, which they constantly will have to in the near future considering how beautiful the place is!

Stayed at premium tong room which consists of one queen bed and one semi double bed. Honestly if you want comfort, the room might be perfect for 3 adults not 4. We were 4 adults in that room and they provided us 1 extra mattress which may be perfect for children under 12 years. Limited items in breakfast which is okay except readymade packed parata. I think it is not worthy that you are spending the money at this resort. Positive reviews are behaviour of the Staff were cooperative and the view from the resort is amazing.

the Ambience is very good, the restaurant is over priced but I love the taste. specially that traditional Bangla food is awesome. Room size and the amenities are average. the cheap rooms doesn't have a very good view, but the premium rooms have a very beautiful view from it. I think the premium rooms are over priced. they don't have any swimming pool but I think it was needed for this price range. over all the places good but not value for money.
